Today’s Guided nature Program…
BOGUS’ LATE BLOOMERS—WILDFLOWER & BERRY WALK
Join us for this installment of our Guided Nature Programs — Bogus’ Late Bloomers! This late summer wildflower and berry walk will emphasize the adaptations of plants for seed dispersal and survival during the colder winter months. The role of plants of the local Bogus Basin ecosystem will be discussed while on the trail looking for the showy and inconspicuous late bloomers. Participants in this program should have a good chance at seeing and taste-testing some of the edible berries that call Bogus Basin home. This program is only one of the many guided nature programs offered this summer.
