Today’s Guided nature Program…
WILDFLOWER PHOTOGRAPHY – MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY
This field-centered program will seek to enhance the creative skills of the individuals drawn to photography as a means of capturing and sharing the beauty and wonder in nature. Since our special interest is the wealth of flowering plants found in and around Bogus Basin, there will be an emphasis on close-up techniques, composition, and lighting. While DSLR and mirrorless cameras with interchangeable lenses and tripods are encouraged, many smartphones and compact cameras may be a great starting point for many people. This wildflower photography program is only one of the many guided nature programs offered this summer.
When & Where
July 1 @ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This 3-hour outing will meet at the Pioneer Lodge at the above-stated time and will cover 2 miles or less at a very casual pace. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
